- MCM (Multiple Compressor Management) system provides multiple compressor coordination for efficient and reliable operation.
- The 5-loop pressure control lets you operate the compressor efficiently at lower pressures by adjusting the inlet valve to maintain system pressure.
- E-mail Alerts Send e-mail message on compressor alarm or trip event
- Web-server Remote Operation - An extension of a standard Web-server function Allows start/stop, load/unload, operator level set point changes
- Auxiliary Control Loop Software Provides additional generic PID loop. It can be used for water valve control, cooler fans, etc.

Upgrade & Retrofit Options for Maestro Vantage centrifugal compressor control
Turbo Airtech is able to supply, program and repair these controllers on site. Turbo Airtech offers a variety of spare parts, like power modules and LED backlights for repairs. Additionally, an instruction manual is provided to ensure seamless implementation. We can also provide newer Maestro Universal, Maestro PLC and Maestro Series 7 controllers with OEM level support. Turbo Airtech offers retrofit kits to upgrade old compressor control systems to newer ones for all centrifugal compressors. They also provide products and services like Inlet Guide Vanes, Blow-off valves, and more based on customer requirements.
